Hysterectomy

I had to have a hysterectomy this year and after interviewing multiple Dr's here in the US I decided to look abroad, it seems insurance companies dictate how things are done here. After reviewing Dr's in both Costa Rica and Mexico I chose to go with Dra Machado in Mexicali Mexico. She was amazing, I am so happy with my choice. She takes such pride in her work and goes above and beyond to give her patients the best results possible. Because of the size of the fibroids I had to have an open surgery, I truly believe Dra Machado was as concerned with my scarring as I was. She worked so hard to make sure my incision was as low as possible and her sealing of the incision was beautiful. The care I received at the hospital was great, they cleaned my room twice a day, the nurses & staff were friendly and upbeat and the food was good too.
