I contacted ADT Home Alert to install a security system for my home. When I called their office with questions regarding my account and installation, I was fortunate to speak with Brook Martin, a customer service liason/supervisor. She listened to all my concerns and offered immediate, verifiable solutions to them, even calling me on a Saturday, her day off, to be certain I had received the information I had requested. Her attitude and manner were exceptional and I believe ADT has a wonderful, valuable employee in Brook Martin.
