Avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My one and only order with them has been incredibly disastrous. I placed an order with them for 2500 business cards to the tune of $82.45 on March 2nd. I chose economy shipping because I was buying extra cards and the difference in shipping time was nominal and the cost of the cards, it was going to be triple the cost. The package was shipped on March 8th, and handed off to USPS on March 13th. I kept watching the shipping to make sure that I received it. On March 20th I called, spoke with Janae G. who told me to put in a ticket, which I did and wait 24-48 hours for a response. I asked for a refund back then but she said that it had to go through a shipping check and to wait 24 to 48 hours. I waited 10 days and still no response from them as to the shipping status. I did in the mean time get a phone call from USPS saying that they had no evidence that they had ever received the package. I never received an email or any kind of information from them about the shipping ticket. I contacted them in chat again today (04/01/2024) and the conversation was so frustrating and confusing that i ended up calling. Every response to anything I asked was "I Put in a ticket, please wait 24 to 48 hours"
The person that answered the phone was the same person on the chat with me. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that the person I was in a chat with was a manager. If she is a manager, then why is the only information she can give me is that she put in a ticket and wait 24 to 48 hours? I asked to speak with another manager other than her, and was told that she would have to put in a ticket and someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. If this is how this person has been trained to provide customer service, then someone has failed miserably. She practically hung up on me. I have ZERO confidence that I will get a call back from someone in management and I have ZERO confidence that I will ever get a refund.
