I ordered a sectional from Furniture 2 Go because of the amazing price...$449..AMAZING, right?! It was this couch: http://www.furniture2go.com/product_detail.php?pid=801&slideshow=1 I agree that the delivery, though free, was a bit of a pain. They gave me a window of "sometime in the afternoon." That isn't very helpful. It ended up arriving around 6:30pm. The movers brought in 3 big boxes and put them in my living room. There was no offer to help set anything up, but the guy in charge very obviously did not think my tip was not enough (it was quite generous). GREEDY....the website says FREE delivery man....be thankful for anything extra you receive. I asked him on his way out if the couch was comfortable and he basically said that "you get what you pay for." Anyway...after a trip to the hardware store to purchase bolts that were long enough to hold the couch together (yes...the bolts that were provided were not the correct size) it took a good 3-4 hours to put the couch together. I would also like to note that the ottoman cushion was shoved INSIDE the ottoman itself thus it came out all lumpy and deformed and it was covered in wood shavings. GUH. Now that I have had the couch for 6 months, I can tell you that it is not possible to "break in" this couch. It is EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I usually find myself sitting on the floor instead as the springs and lack of cushioning hurt my back. Bad purchase....really bed decision on my part to buy this couch and from this company. Do yourself a favor and save up some cash and buy a quality couch. The low price tag is not worth the pain, literally. Also, if I have not already convinced you to go elsewhere, take this into consideration: My guests always come in and comment how nice the couch looks...then they sit on it and it is embarrassing how uncomfortable they are.
