I just read the other 2 reviews.
I had the same bad, lousy experience with Foreign Motor Service and hope potential customers will contact BBB and read the reviews before allowing that repair shop to take care of your vehicle.
They sounded very friendly and cooperative, but they never contact you to let you know about their findings, and on top of that, they drive your car around for some hundred miles!
I had to call them to ask when my car would be ready.
They told me their computer was not working, so, could I call back another day, so they can let me know!
When I took my car back, after an oil change, their "repair advisor" Antony found out the shop did not provide the sticker for the next oil change!
So, they had to put the sticker, then Antony started to let me know that I would need to change my tires.
He very obligingly provided a quote etc...
I took my car back, and checked the mileage, for the next oil change.
When I left my car at their shop, the odometer was reading 146766.
When I took my car back, the odometer was reading 146911, thus they had driven my car for 145 miles.
I called Antony, he said they had to drive my car around to test it, I asked how many miles would he estimate, and he said about 2 to 3 miles!
I am sending this, in case they used my car for some illegal or criminal actions, and I do not want to be held responsible. I left my car at their shop from 10/16/2010 to 11/5/2010.
