We have had several problems with the office staff particularly the Community Manager, Ms. Dillion. They had access to our debit card and made erroneous charges even though we had a contract in place and a verbal agreement as how the charges on the debit card where to be placed. They failed to charge our debit card timely, then tried to make us pay for late charges that were incurred due to their not charging our account timely. Then, they refused to return our security deposit. Additionally, this student housing complex is in dire need of repair. There is mold everywhere. The showers doors are rusty and everything is falling apart. They are extremely slow to make repairs and/or take care of any problem situations. They promised in July 07 that renovations were taking place but in May 08 that had not occurred. Don't make yours and child's college life miserable by contracting with this facility. We promise you will be GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.
