We have ordered a lock from this company MONTHS ago. They have failed to get back in contact with me after SEVERAL and MULTIPLE attempts. They only have ONE number you can call in for customer service/follow-ups. These locks have been paid in full: will not use this company again because of poor service, lack of follow-up information, theft of money without product received!
