Good first impression

Last year was not kind to us as a business. Even with an increase in sales and expanding into new services area's I felt like we were losing ground. Out employee costs were exploding and I honestly had no idea how to rectify the situation. Thankfully Entrenomics was able to come in and help us figure out not only how to fix some of our issues but what was causing them in the first place. With their help we were able to come up with a detailed plan to turn things around. Most of our issues were due to mismanagement of resources(no surprise). They worked with us on site for over 3 weeks totally revamping not only our reporting and analytics but how we fundamentally run our business. I am more confident than I have ever been over the last few years and finally feel like we are on firm footing.
