Purchased shelving for new retail store. Paid in advance. Promised they would ship out immediately to meet our grand opening date. Did not ship as promised-we had to call and find out where they were. Only then did they ship. Reason for missed shipping-"uh, not sure. I think someone dropped the ball"
That's not all. They then shipped 1/2 the order to a state 1500 miles away. Would not rush ship so that we could open our retail store. Lost sales, missed our grand opening.
Terrible experience. Would not do business with them again.

Update: Call from ESI. Were they sorry and remorseful? No-just threats to remove this post or they would post a complaint about our company. But what could their complaint possibly be? We paid in cash up front, before the product was even shipped! And we paid a fortune to have it shipped timely which did not happen. This speaks to the reputation and integrity of this company.
