DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He came out to talk to us prior to training and talked a good game. We agreed on his 6 week training plan, with one hour of training each week for 6 consecutive weeks. He showed up an hour late on the first training day. No big deal, things happen. The second week, he was a no show. We called him for several days with no response. Four days later he called with the lame excuse that he thought the training was for the next week...HELLO, the training was for 6 consecutive weeks. He also said that he was in the mountains and did not have phone reception so couldn't get our messages.
So the second week of training was pushed to the third week. He showed up for lessons 2, 3, and 4. He called a couple of hours before he was supposed to arrive for week 5 telling us that he had a family emergency and would have to cancel that week. He said he would call later in the week to reschedule....he never did. That was 4 weeks ago and we have been calling and e-mailing ever since asking for a refund. He responded once by e-mail saying that he had given his phone and e-mail to an "associate" while he was away and was suprised that we did not get a call from his "associate" about the training or refund. He said he understood about wanting the refund and would call later that day to coordinate the refund. That was 3 weeks ago and we have not heard from him and have not been able to get any response from him since.
After searching around the internet I found that he has an "F" rating with the BBB due to unresolved customer complaints, and I have found others that he did the same thing to.
Do yourself a favor and do not even waste your time with this guy. He says he was a Marine and all that good stuff, but Marines don't act like that.
