Review 10/3/2009

d'essense in the beginning appears to be an excellent company with great leaders who appear to really care about their consultants. As time goes on and you begin to promote is when you see d'essense for what it really is. The owners lie, talk about people disparely especially if you don't do what they want you to. The requirements are unreasonabe once you become Manager. Who in the world can produce 5 comets or a team leader every ninety days when you have to recruit, train, sometime motivate them to do what they should. After you go through your warm market it takes time to find people who are ready to work. You will work yourself to death and if you don't your income will bottom out. People come in a blaze of glory, but fade out after a while so where is your residual income. Susan is very demanding and if she gets mad at you, look out. I totally agree with Z.R. review. I couldn't have said it better. Come in at your own RISK you have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
