BAD JOB

We contracted with Mr. Ramsey to do an extensive kitchen renovation. He didn't tell us that he was using workers who have full-time jobs with the University of Alabama and could only work in late afternoons and evenings, but we stuck with it even when
it became apparent that it was going to be a very drawn-out process. What we weren't prepared for was the shoddy workmanship. Every seam in the ceiling drywall is visible, wall paint is uneven and missed entirely in some places, flooring is poorly installed,
and paint on the woodwork started peeling off literally the day after it was put on. Mr. Ramsey refuses to give us an accounting of his costs and has been very unresponsive to our requests that he correct the problems he has created. Poor quality work and
highly unprofessional handling of problems.
