Recently had my out of warranty T.V. Repaired. They told me they would email an estimate within 7-10 business days, but I had the estimate in my in-box within 48 hours. It was a reasonable estimate. The technician called me himself to describe the work needed to be performed and the office staff contacted me once the parts needed for my repair were in stock. I did have to look for them as they moved to west toluca lake; up the street from where it was stated on-line.Great service.
