I was behind over a year with a second sale date in less than a month. Mortgage company denied modification twice! Bryan and the team at Consumer Proponents stepped in and fought for six months and a third surprise sale date to get this straight. As long as you communicate and give them every piece of paper they need, they make it work! I don’t know how they did it, but I cried with joy when Bryan called and said they got it right. Their price seems high when this is such a mess, but Bryan walked through how even that was affordable. These people are angels, and we are now fixing our house and planning a future in a home that I thought was going to be a goner a year ago. (Our house flooded along with many others in August 2016.) There is no praise high enough for this company. They are true and honest!!!
