Got my SECOND modification with consumer proponents

I worked with these guys a few years ago on my husbands house. he was behind, but they got him current and lowered her interest to about 3% i think. But we just got approved for a mod on my mothers home and she got current and her interest rate is only 2%! I couldn't believe that. They're great to work with and always kept in touch with me so I'd recomend them to anyone.
