RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY

From Day 1 I should have ran the other way. I have 2 people working on my case with neither one understanding what the other person is doing or saying. They each tell me something completely different is happening with my case, and they self admittedly do not talk to each other. They tell me something in the beginning and then reverse course. All my "case agent" says is "I'm sorry you are experiencing this" and that's all she can say and I will "talk with my supervisor"
I've called the Customer satisfaction line multiple times to complain for help but they are always "in a meeting" and I have been promised calls back to which they were never received.
I have been working with them for 4 months and they have not done 1 single thing for my case but collect their payment monthly!
RUN AWAY do not walk. Read the rest of the reviews that are like mine. This is the first time I've ever written a review, but I have never been seen such incompetence from a company.
Currently attempting to get a refund, this has been an absolutely atrocious experience.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
