We bought a couch set from their East Los Angeles store. We did have trouble from the beginning due to their very limited speaking and understanding of english. Within 3 days we advised them the cushions were sinking. We went back and forth with store mgr. and sales mgr. for a week or so. They offered to exchange but only for the same product/item, which we refused since we didn't want the same defected couches. We called BBB and they got CASA Linda Furniture to offer us a full refund. I will NEVER again walk into this store, any other Casa Linda Furniture and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to enter, especially if you don't speak or understand english. That was my mistake trusting them with their limted english, they trick you to believe they understand your questions in english but they just want the sale.

You bought a sofa, weree not happy, returned it and got a full refund. I would say that's pretty reputable.
