Grossly Misled. Do not hire CDA, no matter how much they try to persuade you!!

Our Modification was denied. This was not the outcome we were expecting given the extremely convincing sales pitch. We were convinced that CDA would be able to modify our mortgage. They could not do anything for our BofA / Wells Fargo mortgage. We were
not warned of any risks associated with our servicer and investor until we were two payments in. Even then, the risks were outweighed by the statements about how there has been success with our servicer and investor. We were extremely skeptical, we asked so
many questions, we read all the amazing, over-the- top reviews, it took a long time for us to take the plunge which we now deeply regret. Be aware, be informed. If you have a BofA Mortgage where Wells Fargo is the investor then be extremely careful. CDA may
be able to talk-the talk, but, in our case, could not walk- the- walk.
