this company will not come out to check a system , un til the problem is repeated several times. The people who finally come out are rude and love to say"if I have to come out -it will cost $185.00"or "It is not showing any problem on our board" , after going off 3 times before it would cancel-no one ever phoned me to see why the alarm went off. some of the technitions that they send out are not to be trusted. I will change as soon as possible( you have to give them 2 months notice)

We are obligated under contract with our clients to service every system installed by our company for 90 days. Our parent company is requiring us to service our own systems for the same period of time. After 90 days our parent company is servicing all accounts. That is what we do, install and service accounts. Everything is covered under warranty except "construction related damage". we dont see any other reason why would someone be charged such a high amount. If given the opportunity we would be glad to reasearch all the details and provide help.
