We found your comments about our company to be both misleading and incorrect with reference to the product you purchased from us in stating that it could be purchased for $20.00 on Amazon. After researching the exact unit, we found Amazon's price to be $99.00 (our price $89.00). We do not sell the cheaper models in our store, as we are concerned with accurate and efficient readings. In addition, we are sorry you claimed to experience horrible customer service based on our return policy which is posted throughout the store at the registers and on every receipt, as suggested by law. Also suggested by law and as a conscientious medical equipment supplier, our policy is to provide the best in new, unused, and uncontaminated equipment. In addition, we do our best to ensure proper usage and fitting instructions are given to our customers. We employ and continually train a highly knowledgeable staff which you will not receive when purchasing products online. If your item is still in its original packaging and truly unused, please bring it back and allow one of our managers to assist you.
