I signed up with Benefit Together through my employer. The $20 a month comes directly out of my paycheck. Only had the card a couple months, but so far I am impressed.
I got a veneer installed a few years ago and it recently fell out. Normally my dentist charges $150 to recement but only cost me $50 this time because of the benefit card and he happened to be in the Aetna Dentist Network which is the largest network of dentists in the country.
I also got a 25% discount on a $400 vet bill for various services for my two golden retrievers - one of which is sick.
Phone a doc was also useful to save time as opposed to taking time off work to drive to the doctor's office to get a standard prescription that I've been taking for years.
All in all, the card works great. Only minus would be taking the time to learn about how all the various benefits work. Once you do learn how it all works, you'll be a fan too. I give it 4.5 stars out of 5.
