I would never suggest you deal with this company at all! I started dealing with them in December and I am still dealing with them today 3/1/10! They are extremly slow in responding to your messages and emails after you have paid them their $. Sometimes they will not respond at all. They were unable to assist me in lowering my debt, but instead of them calling and informing of this, I had to call them and find out after I left many messages over a weeks time. Come to find out I was told they are going bankrupt and they will TRY to give me back my money! This company's follow up sucks. Please dont waste your $ or time. If sounds too good to be true it probably is. I learned the hard way.
