I've never had a problem with this company until this month. Customer service rep has notified me of 2 payments they haven't rec'd since December. I let them know that I have been a good customer for 4 years and have been sending payments out timely. All of sudden they're calling me and telling me that they haven't rec'd anything. I know that all my bills have been sent out timely along with theirs and for some reason, they don't recieve it??? There is something wrong with their payment dept and because of them, I had to do 2 stop payments on checks! I don't understand this! When I spoke to the customer service rep on the other line, he spoke to me as if I had no intention of paying them at all. Well, as far as the payments are concerned, when the last payment is made, I will NO LONGER buy a Honda nor deal with this company at all!! BBB, YOU GAVE THIS COMPANY AN A+, I GIVE THEM A BIG FAT D!
