Avoid this company

I ordered blankets for my school's prom. They ASSURED me I would have them in time. Nope. They did not respond to multiple emails or phone calls. When I finally got through the response was "well, people make mistakes". No offer of any type of compensation. This was the second time I ordered, and absolutely the last. The salesperson had ZERO empathy and made no attempt to correct the error. They told me I would receive them by May 15. They didn't ship until the 19th, and they shipped it ground, across the country. Too late to give as part of the prom gift bag. $2,800 wasted. I cannot comment on quality since I have yet to receive the product.
Update: They finally offered to give me 30 blankets free next year. What a joke.
