Lack of customer service

I purchased a photography session through Allison Gayle Photography which included a $50 credit for prints. Almost two months later I have yet to receive them nor a response regarding the delay. I've filed a complaint with the BBB which there was already a complaint for the same issue (a wedding shoot where the album was not delivered by the one year anniversary, paid in full as well). It was difficult actually getting the online gallery and the disk as well. Once payment was made there has been little to no response from the photographer. The pricing was very reasonable but you get what you pay for. Our photos came out nice however did not look like those online or what you would expect for professional photos.
