Action Electronics sells audio parts and components to the public. Shipping charges are very high. My shipment was missing critical components the invoice stated was in the package. After multiple emails and no response from their Sales/Customer Service site I decided it best to warn others of their tactics. Apparently they do not respond to any inquiries pertaining to a shipment or order problem. I would rate this company about a 3 on a scale between 1 and 10. I will probably request a charge back through my credit card company for a refund. I thought I would give the company a few days to respond to my emails. I have also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint on this company.
