Terrible Experience - Use Extreme Caution Before Using

Was forced to use Accord Appliance by my home warranty company. If I simply would have done 5 minutes of research I would have saved six weeks of getting the run around. The technician was great, but the problem was too big to fix. The main office was impossible to reach. I asked to speak with the GM (Jerry) on multiple occasions, but he would only communicate in email. He even stated that ratings sites (Yelp, Google, TrustLink) weren't important.
This was a terrible experience. Luckily, the home warranty company sifted through the mountain of "less than accurate data" and replaced my refrigerator. I checked the BBB website and Accord Appliance is not even accredited with them at this time. Their last rating was a "C". Again, I should have done 5 minutes of research and would have avoided this entire painful experience.
