Juan the owner of Acapulco's pool service "cleans" My pool, for lack of better words. He always leaves algae growing in my pool, never scrubs the sides or vacuums. When threatened that he would be fired he cleaned it once and he came back yesterday and "cleaned" it again and I am staring at a green pool as we speak. He has excuses for everything you address with him and will even blame you for it not being clean. Or the sun. If he doesn't show up at all (which he has done) He has excuses for that too. Wifes in the hospital, transmission went out....blah blah blah. If you want to own a business Juan-do your job right and be there. I know you haven't been in business long.....I think it's time to do something else because you couldn't clean a pool if your life depended on it!
