I ordered a small order of postcards from 4over with rush shipping. They misprinted them with unrelated text on the front. I called immediately after my customer received them; 4over checked their files and apologized for the error but told me it would take at least up to 2 days for a resolution. That was Friday. On Monday, October 25, I received a notification that my money would be refunded within "5-10" business days. Now, 10 days later, the money has still not come through, and I have already had to refund my customer the money. I received an email today telling me I will receive the funds in 48 hours -- exactly 11 business days from the transaction.
This is a serious hardship -- they are keeping my money after they did not perform the task they promised.
