I recently opened an account to be able to order more comtemporary furniture with VIG. A special ordered piece of an expensive leather sectional came damaged in several areas. I jumped through the hoops of the claims department, sent several pictures of the damaged piece and packaging more than once. They continue to make excuses and refuse to replace the piece. They will only offer partial payment towards repair.....uggh I'm not done dealing with them yet! Plus good luck ever being able to talk to someone in person.
