I was asked to write a review and I gladly did Im very happy with Pathway they helped me when I was behind on my mortgage with Mr cooper and had been denied 3 times. I was over 6 months behind and had already lost money to another company that said they were going to help. I was very unsure to be honest but I went ahead and went for it because I read the other reviews and they seemed to be legitimate. Well 4 months later I was approved for help and received a 3%! I was not expecting it but this will help me get back on track with my other bills and also saving $650 per month will help me with everything I have to do and all of the expenses I have for other things. Yes I was unsure about them and the process but I now know they are trustworthy especially Sandra who met with me on several occasions to explain everything in detail and to help with all of the documents. I do recommend them for help if you have a similar type of situation.
