I had a friend introduce me to Melrose Moving. At the time, I knew nothing of the foundation. Since that first experience, I have used no one else.
I just hired them again for a difficult move from Malibu to the Valencia. Unfortunately, I fell and sprained my ankle the day before my move, so I was useless. Five guys showed up. The lead guy Dmitry was thorough, professional, and had his crew working quickly and efficiently. These guys are amazing...they work so well as a team, they are so hard working, friendly, polite, and careful with everything. The day of my move, it was pouring down rain, and my new place was 3 flights of stairs, straight down. I kept apologizing, because the conditions of the move were so horrendous, and they just keep saying, "oh, it's no big deal", "it's ok", "we're just glad you hired us"....I LOVE these guys. Two of them fell, and one was bleeding, and they just kept on running up and down the stairs with heavy boxes, dripping wet. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough... and it was worth every penny. BTW, only ONE thing was broken during the move, and it was something I asked them to remove from my car that a friend had packed poorly in a grocery bag-completely not their fault. I sort of wish I moved more often, because these guys rock! (and that is saying a whole hell of a lot!)
