Misleading and rude

I went to use About The Children in my divorce case because I was not able to afford a traditional attorney thousands of dollars. The first man I spoke with was very nice, but the next man that I spoke with that was supposed to be my family case representative "Eric" was very short and down right rude to me. The only time he even sounded half way sincere was when I called to pay hundreds of dollars to have my rough drafts typed. After I received an attorney to handle my case I asked to have my drafts stopped and asked for a refund since I had not yet received anything from them and would not be using their services. The woman I spoke with not only said I wasn't entitled to a refund but that they were still demanding that I pay them an additional $300.00!!! Are you kidding me? I think this is a sham and a scam to try and cheat people out of money.
